Mr. Mukesh Thirani is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in corporate training, soft skills, and behavioural development. He is currently serving as Group Advisor – Learning & Development at Prem Motors Pvt. Ltd., an organization with multiple automobile dealerships across six states. He has been associated with the organization since November 2022. Prior to this role, he worked with the Department of Corporate Communications at Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. (BALCO), a Vedanta Group company.
A passionate trainer for over three decades, Mr. Thirani is also a Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer. Dale Carnegie, founded by the globally renowned author and pioneer in personal and professional development, is an internationally recognized institution known for its work in communication, leadership, human relations, soft skills, and behavioural development. This certification further complements Mr. Thirani’s extensive experience in developing people and enhancing workplace effectiveness.
Mr. Thirani also holds several training qualifications from the Training Academy of JCI University, USA, including certifications as a National Trainer and an Excel Graduate. His expertise lies in designing and conducting practical, engaging, and impactful soft and behavioural skills training programmes. Academically, Mr. Thirani holds a post-graduate degree in Management, with dual specializations in Marketing and Human Resources. His key areas of training include Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Customer Delight, Sales Effectiveness, Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, and Productivity Enhancement.
Over the past 30+ years, Mr. Thirani has conducted numerous training programmes for corporates, educational institutions, professional bodies, NGOs, and social organizations. He has received recognition and awards for his training skills and contribution to people development.
Among his prestigious training assignments, Mr. Thirani has trained Commandants of the Border Security Force, Assistant Governors of Rotary International, participants at Rotary, Lions and JCI conventions, Chartered Accountants, corporate professionals, as well as students, teachers, and faculty members from schools, colleges, and universities.
Beyond training, Mr. Thirani has a keen interest in writing. He writes poems, short articles on individual and professional development, and speeches for dignitaries.
He is also the author of the acclaimed book on public speaking, “Talk So That The World Will Listen,” which reflects his deep understanding of communication and his belief in helping people express themselves with confidence and impact.
